''Leadership''

Leadership is undeniable fact for our lives.We should lead our family,we should lead our sales team,we should lead the people to help them about seeing the future and we should be able to show them the great consequences of their trust and performance.There are some people who deserve the great appreciation for their leadership and I believe I've became much more wiser with their stories.So,I am planning to give  you their stories from time to time.I am sorry for not being able to write them quickly because I have schedules to follow in university.But I can give you the names and I will write their highlights and stories briefly.These leaders will be Jeff Bezos,Sir Alex Ferguson,Steve Jobs,Richard Branson,Jose Mourinho,Bill Gates and Nelson Mandela.As Much as I learn I will try to share more.

I know you would now these men but maybe there are some people who do not know much about them.These men believed and toke their chances as we will see.We can be leaders,no one was born as one.Also,we should use the experiences we've learned and continue to grow our knowledge about the life and the men who knew much more than us,I hope we will connect the dots like Steve Jobs as he says“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. Because believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart even when it leads you off the well worn path; and that will make all the difference.We can see his vision from his quotes.Taking inspiration from these men is crucial I think.Because,experiences and the men who have a vision and belief would not lie.
